QPM Keyboard Shortcuts
Quick Pallet Maker can be operated without constantly reaching for the mouse or trackpad, by using the keyboard shortcuts shown below. Your wrists will thank us. The first column of the table displays the windows where the shortcuts are used: Std: Standard cases and pallets window; IW: Input Window; OW: Output Window; Lay. Ed.: Layer Editor; Rep: Report window; C. Fill: Container Fill Window; All.

All | Start from Primary Package. Opens a new document that contains all the input options to create a pallet from the Primary Package dimensions. | Ctrl+N | Command+N |

IW | Load Input Data. Opens an input data file and loads it onto the frontmost window. If there is no window available, this command will open a new window. | Ctrl+O | Command+O |
IW | Save Input Data. Allows the user to save the input data onto a text file with the same name as current. If the file has never been saved, then the user will be prompted with a "Save As" dialog box. | Ctrl+S | Command+S |

Rep | Export Report Graphics. Opens a dialog box that allows the user to save the landscape report in any graphics format supported by QuickTime. If QuickTime is unavailable, will save to Bitmap format (Windows) or PICT format (Mac). | Ctrl+G | Command+G |
Rep | Export Report Text. Opens a dialog box that allows the user to save the report information to a Tab-delimited text file. This is useful for creating custom reports on a spreadsheet or word-processing program. | Ctrl+E | Command+E |

Rep, IW | (Report) Export Palletizing Movie. Opens a dialog box that allows the user to save the palletizing sequence as a QuickTime movie (requires QuickTime).
