The screenshots below are from the Australian version of Quick Pallet Maker, which is called Aussie Pack n Ship. The big difference in functionality is that it can calculate Australian pallets 1165x1165mm with additional load arrangements as seen in the attachments.

Hello,
Yes. You can create a carton that resembles a HSC by using the "Packout" carton option from the box type pulldown menu and then editing the carton thicknesses according to the number of layers that are being added. You can see a video through the following link
